I'm pretty sure I'm not playing smart atm but can't seem to really find any good basic starting guides (like with which troops to focus early as I've not got the hell mage everyone rants about). then later on there's that world map bit it seems where you'll be attacking towns and castles and stuff and it looks like a totally different game (but not gotten to it yet). ![]() like I got to that snowfall event bit where you actually move about the map and do stuff. The more stages you unlock the wilder it becomes (I've only gotten 90 or so in atm). #Idle big devil redeem skinso not sure if I should skip that and use tokens on a castle skin for the bonuses or not. but I couldn't do the bit where you change tokens for the lord pass thing because you only get 30 from the codes (not sure if more was supposed to come from elsewhere). from that I did just pump all my diamonds into elf levels (though not hit 9 yet like it said). only thing I saw was that noob helper list of 15 or so points in the announcement's channel. I do like gems of war for a mild distraction when watching TV, it's super f2p friendly (I've got every useful mythic now), runs with no demand, I enjoy the team building, but honestly the actual matching up of bits I find kinda boring. but as there's no guides out there and some stuff I can't figure out then I'm a bit wary of it, so figured one of you vets might be able to dissect it. So yeah, I get bored a bit over the weekend as my internet often can't seem to scrape enough bandwidth to let me play the games I tend to like the Division or Dauntless through Geforce Now so maybe that's why I was drawn in. #Idle big devil redeem pluson the plus side, it runs with little to no demand on my computer and when I unequipped some gear it didn't try to charge me currency (which is where my 5mins in that raid shadow legends game ended). there seems to be no guides when I've searched for info on it. honestly with the little I've played it I didn't really figure it out (there's tons of buildings on the map I'd need a higher stage to see). and it had a very positive rating (though that is probably a bit suspect). I saw it pop up on steam (probably because someone here suggested gems of war to me a year or so ago and now I've got like 6000 hours on it or something, haha). ![]()
